I’m a big fan of using a range of different assessment tasks such as written assignments, essays and presentations. Of course, this is a good opportunity to prepare students for the Year 12 Media exam. I like to give my students an exam-style assessment task at the end of their unit on representation. It’s a good opportunity to prepare them for this style of assessment, develop their study skills and ensure that they know their stuff!
